    When writing down my document number, it's says that the the format is wrong. Mine has the format XXX.XXX.XXX-XX .

    Also, I don't know what the "document series" and "unit code" are. Even though I've searched in internet, I didn't find anything like this in my identity card.

    What should I do?

    There are a few many numbers on the passport. I checked each number in those confusing words box and it worked out for me . You can try that.

    Actually I don't have a passport. However, I've already sent an e-mail about it to the support with the data of my identity, but they didn't reply me yet.
